1. CONSULTATIONS ARE CONSIDERED BOOKED AFTER YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PAYMENT.
2. After making your payment, please email us at contact@nadiyashah.com with your receipt and the best dates, times for your consultation with Andy
3. We will check with Andy directly for availability and we will confirm your chosen date or give you alternatives.
4. ​​IMPORTANT: Please note that we can't book same day or next day appointments. We need at least 48 hrs notice to confirm with Andy. ​

* Consultations are conducted live via Zoom, and a recording will be provided within 48 hours after the session.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES FOR NADIYA AND ANDY'S CONSULTATIONS

1. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled consultation time.
2. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance will be fully refunded. After this time, customers might
be eligible for a credit towards a future consultation, at the discretion of the astrologer.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
5. Rescheduling of consultations is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled time and will be subject to the astrologer's availability.
6. The astrologer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or personal emergencies. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule.
