** Consultations are conducted live via Zoom, and a recording will be provided within 24-48 hours after the session.

IMPORTANT

1. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled consultation time.

2. Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance will be eligible for a credit towards a future consultation, at the discretion of the astrologer.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

5. Rescheduling of consultations is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

6. The astrologer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or personal emergencies. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client's schedule.
