If you have any questions, please email me at info@nadiyashah.com During a Divination session I may recommend a variety of actions that the client can take, as the need reveals itself. Sometimes I may recommend a a person carry a crystal or utilize an essential oil during the current moment on their spiritual path. The purpose of my recommendation is always discussed. At times a meditation may be recommended as well. Sometimes people have already identified their need for meditation in their lives before they come in for a consultation and request a personlized meditation in advance. Personalized mediations are created by me at your request. First, a personal divination consultation is done. after the consultation we can discuss what some of your desires and goals are in initiating a mediation practice. I then record and a CD in my voice with soothing background music. A personlized meditation usually consists of a relaxation portion followed by an affirmation.
