Introduction to Divination Location and Start Date: TBA Facilitated by Nadiya Shah
An
inclusive and fun course that introduces and explores basic concepts
and spiritual practices of Divination in a fun and safe environment.
For beginners and dabblers, this class is intended for those who have
little of no previous knowledge and would like to try their hand at
different forms.
My
belief is what Astrology and Divination seek to do is capture the
energy of a moment. It is something that we all can do if we choose to
develop it. I trust we all have the gift of intuition. It is certainly
something that can be developed if nurtured. Divination is just one
tool of accessing and articulating one aspect of intuition and can be
learned by anyone.
Students
are encouraged to bring their own Divinatory tools to class, as this is
the tool you will be practicing on and utilizing as your own practice
grows. Bringing you own tools are not required as Divination tools will
be on hand for every class so that all students get an opportunity to
practice and explore the lesson of that week.
Week
4 and 5 require the student to bring their Astrological Natal Chart to
class. Information will be provided on how to obtain a free electronic
version.

Week 2: Palmistry and Numerology
Identify the main lines of a palm Explain the basics of palmistry, interpretation of lines Identify the main characteristics of numbers 0-9, 11, 22, 33 Calculate foundation and forecast numbers for year and birthday
Week 3: Tarot
Explore the Archetypes and Symbolism of the Major and Minor Arcana Interpreting cards within specific positions
Week 4: Astrology 1, The 10 Planets and 12 Zodiac Signs
Explore the myths and symbolisms of the 10 Planets and 12 Zodiac Signs.
Week 5: Astrology 2- Aspects, Houses and Basics of Chart Interpretation
The role of the Ascendant and Gauquelin sectors House interpretations Identifying significant themes within a chart How different planets communicate with each other and what that says about you and your unique composition
Week 6 : Divine the Moment; The Role of Divination in Your Future.
